This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of psp and Animation Shop.
Altho it is an easy to to do.
Supplies Needed: Paint Shop Pro

I used 2 masks from WeeScotsLass Mask 176 & 92
You can purchase the Rock Startz scrap kit from Passionate Scraps
Open all your supplies & minimise ready.
Open a new image 500 by 500 white background.
Copy & Paste one of the papers from the scrap kit ( I used paper 3) as a new layer.
Go to layer’s, new mask layer from image – look for mask 176 (heart one) & click ok, go back to layer’s & click delete, click yes when the box comes up. Merge group.
I then lowered the opacity to 44.
Copy & Paste another one one of the papers from the scrap kit ( I used paper 4) as a new layer.
Go to layer’s, new mask layer from image – look for mask 92 this time (star one) & click ok, go back to layer’s & click delete, click yes when the box comes up. Merge group.
Copy & Paste the Star frame onto your canvas, adding a drop shadow.
Now copy & paste the pass tag onto you star, postioning it so it looks to be hanging over the star, cutting away any bits that need with the freehand selection tool.
Paste your tube onto your tag & postion.
Now add you name & the artist's copyright.
Save your tag
